Change Request for Virtual Appointment Screen

Objective:
· Provide a user-friendly interface for booking appointments.
· Ensure seamless integration with the PMJ website.
· Automated appointment scheduling and notifications.
· Enable PMJ representatives to manage appointments effectively

Proposal:
· Landing Page: Introduction to booking services and benefits.

· Appointment Form:
· Service Selection: Dropdown menu to select the type of service (e.g., consultation, viewing, repair).
· Calendar: Interactive calendar to choose an available date.
· Time Slots: Display available time slots for the selected date.
· Contact Information: Fields for name, email, phone number, and additional notes.
· Confirmation Button: Submit button to confirm the appointment.

Confirmation Page:
· Display appointment details and confirmation message.
· After confirmation, the email and WhatsApp confirmation message should be sent to the customer
· The option is to add the appointment to the customer's calendar (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
